Weekly Backups

Making a backup of a VPS Web Hosting Plan is not the simplest process in this world. You will either need to use a different server or your personal computer, or, alternatively deploy a 3rd–party software. We offer a much easier alternative with our Managed Servers package. We’ll make a full backup copy of your Virtual Private Server every week, so you never have to worry about losing essential information. Last but not least we can restore a backup copy really quickly. All backups we make are placed on a special machine with a RAID array of disk drives, so if anything happens to any part of your stored web content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

When using a VPS Web Hosting Plan, you will have absolute freedom to run any script or service on your server. However, some scripts are harder to install and may require some extra setup on your part. This is when our Managed Servers package will come in real handy. It features 30 min of installation & trouble–shooting operations – which means you can basically hire one of our well–trained server administrators for 30 minutes and have him assist you with the installation process of any software program that you need. Alternatively have him fix an issue that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Servers deal is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Web Hosting Plans and is an optional feature for the KVM VPS Web Hosting Plans.
